Why GovAxle
Platform
Admins configure forms, routing, roles, and templates so the same stages fit how your department works, with no engineering required. Connect this workflow to your existing systems and bring teams to one shared operating view.
Your ecosystem
GovAxle connects your permitting workflows to GIS, payments, document review, and identity systems without replacing infrastructure your agency already depends on.
Esri ArcGIS and compatible platforms. Parcel lookup, address validation, map integration, plus API access for CRM or back-office systems.
Vendor-neutral. Connect with providers such as Stripe or route fees through your county’s preferred processor.
Bluebeam integration supports markup and correction cycles within your existing document workflow, with synced revisions, comments, and approvals across reviewers and applicants.
AI & automation
GovAxle uses AI to flag incomplete applications, speed up plan checks, and route submissions to the right reviewers based on your rules. This helps city and county permitting teams reduce intake errors and improve review cycle speed.
