Nima is the founder of GovAxle, with more than two decades delivering IT for government in product innovation, cross-functional leadership, and practical agency solutions. Her experience evaluating and implementing permitting software for cities and counties directly shapes how GovAxle is built and deployed.

She helps jurisdictions modernize permitting, licensing, and code enforcement without a one-size-fits-all product. MBA, California State University.

Alby leads public-sector partnerships for GovAxle. Former CTO for the City of New York and VP of Global City Partnerships at Mastercard, he built ecosystems connecting cities with technology companies, academia, and institutions.

At Mastercard he grew City Possible across hundreds of cities and launched initiatives such as the 24-Hour Cities Network; in New York he led strategy across broadband, digital services, privacy, and innovation. He co-founded the Cities Coalition for Digital Rights with Amsterdam, Barcelona, and UN-Habitat.

From configuration to go-live: hands-on experience with the workflows cities and counties run every day.

Eric helps agencies configure, deploy, and optimize GovAxle so staff and applicants move smoothly from intake to issuance. He draws on nearly 12 years with the City and County of San Francisco in right-of-way and street-use permitting, finance, and software implementations.

He supports go-live, data migration, and post-launch tuning. B.S. in Commerce, University of Virginia.

Ashley has over two decades working for both public sector and enterprise organizations in tech strategy, governance and operations.

At the City and County of San Francisco, he led ten technical teams, overseeing the implementation, operations, and optimization of enterprise IT shared services supporting many of the city's departments.

At Microsoft and Accenture, he engaged with over 20 US and Canadian public sector organizations in cloud governance, security and cost optimization.
